With this recent pandemic many people are taking advantage of the low interest rates and buying homes. This has created a huge surplus in demand and is causing house prices to soar due to competing offers. Currently it's a seller's market with very little inventory.

Esto ha creado un enorme superávit en la demanda y está provocando que los precios de las casas se disparen debido a las ofertas competitivas. Actualmente es un mercado de vendedores con muy poco inventario.
